Freshly milled flour retains more nutrients and flavor than conventional flour because it hasn’t been processed or sitting on a shelf for months. At Tobinstead, we mill organic wheat berries just before pickup, giving you flour that’s vibrant, aromatic, and full of life.
All flour is available in 1 lb, 2.5 lb, or 5.0 lb bags and is milled fresh for local pickup.
