When cooking or baking, having the right tools makes cooking simpler and more consistent, which is exactly how I like to function. These are the tools I personally use and recommend — nothing fancy, just practical items that work well in a real home kitchen.

Essential Tools:

Every baker needs a set of good quality measuring spoons. I love that these ones are magnetic for easier nesting, have both a dry and wet measuring side, and are heavy duty. Nothing is more frustrating than a full measuring spoon tipping over and spilling all the contents!

A must-have skillet. It's heavy-bottomed and doesn't rotate all around while cooking. It's also easy to clean, which is always nice!

Helpful Extras:

These aren’t required, but they make working in the kitchen easier and more enjoyable.

This rolling pin works great and doesn't hurt the hands due to the stationary handles (the pin rotates around the handles).

How I Use These Tools:

You’ll see these same tools linked throughout my recipes and blog posts. I only recommend items I actually use or would confidently suggest to a friend.
